We are hiring for a 10-15 experienced Digital Practice Leader for our client in Bangalore to drive the digital engineering strategy and lead Industry 4.0/5.0 transformation initiatives. /n /n Preference from Aerospace Engineering Services domain. /n /n Key Responsibilities /n /n /n

- Define and execute the digital practice strategy and growth roadmap.

/n

- Lead solution architecture for Digital Twin, AI/ML, Computer Vision, AR/VR, IoT, Cloud, and Digital Manufacturing.

/n

- Experience in leading a team.

/n

- Partner with customers on solution consulting, proposals, and technical presentations.

/n

- Drive end-to-end delivery of digital transformation programs.

/n

- Build strategic customer and technology partner relationships.

/n

- Develop reusable accelerators, PoCs, and digital IP.

/n





- Establish technical standards, best practices, and delivery frameworks.

/n

- Mentor and grow multidisciplinary engineering teams.

/n

- Identify emerging technologies and drive innovation aligned with market needs.
