We are looking for a creative minded Product Designer with good understanding of lingerie with market trend and research. The role will be responsible for developing collections from initial concept through final product, balancing aesthetics, fit, comfort, functionality, quality, cost, and market trends.

Responsibilities
Develop new lingerie designs and concepts based on brand direction and market trends.
Research current lingerie, fashion, color, fabric, lace, print, and trim trends.
Create mood boards, color stories, design concepts, and seasonal collections.
Prepare hand sketches, CADs, technical drawings, and design presentations.
Develop products such as all type of bras, panties, shapewear, and coordinated sets.
Select suitable fabrics, laces, elastics, trims, accessories, and colour.
Coordinate with supplier and relevant team to communicate and directing to get right product.
Review samples and provide detailed comments for fit, construction, styling, and finishing.
Participate in fitting sessions and support corrections until final approval.




Prepare and maintain technical packs, measurements, BOMs, and product specifications.
Ensure designs meet quality, comfort, fit, cost, and production requirements.

Qualifications
Degree in Fashion Design, Apparel Design and Textile Design
If Freshers, then with strong lingerie portfolios.
Positive understanding of lingerie construction, components, fit, support, fabric and comfort.
Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop.
Ability to create technical sketches and basic tech pack.
Good understanding of garment construction and sampling processes.
Strong knowledge of colours, fabrics, silhouettes, detailing, and fashion trends.
Creative mindset with robust attention to detail.
Valuable communication and coordination skills.
Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple product developments.
Robust portfolio demonstrating lingerie or intimate-apparel design is preferred.
