Desktop Support Engineer - Healthcare Imaging / Eye Care Equipment Support /n Location: Bangalore / Chennai /n Experience: 3+ Years /n Employment Type: Full time /n About the Role /n We are seeking a Desktop Support Engineer with hands-on experience supporting Healthcare Imaging, Eye Care, Diagnostic, or Medical Equipment environments. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Windows desktop support, device connectivity troubleshooting, healthcare IT workflows, and end-user support within hospitals, clinics, or diagnostic centers. /n Key Responsibilities /n /n

- Install, configure, and support Windows desktops, laptops, and peripherals used with healthcare and eye-care equipment.

/n

- Troubleshoot connectivity issues between PCs and medical devices, imaging systems, and diagnostic equipment.

/n

- Configure and maintain healthcare applications and device interfaces.

/n

- Support imaging environments including PACS, RIS, DICOM, HL7, and related healthcare workflows.

/n

- Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, printer, and network-related issues.

/n

- Manage incidents and service requests through ticketing tools while meeting SLA requirements.

/n





- Work closely with vendors and field engineers for device installation, maintenance, and issue resolution.

/n

- Provide technical assistance and training to clinicians, technicians, and end users.

/n

- Maintain detailed documentation of incidents, troubleshooting activities, and resolutions.

/n

- Escalate complex technical issues to higher-level support teams when required.

- Windows 10/11 Desktop Support

- Laptop/Desktop Hardware Troubleshooting

- Active Directory User Administration

- TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN Troubleshooting

- End User Computing (EUC) Support
