Delivery Director – Wealth Management /n Location: Bangalore /n Experience: 12–15 Years /n /n About the Role /n We are looking for an experienced Delivery Director with deep expertise in the Wealth Management industry. The ideal candidate will combine strong technology delivery leadership with domain expertise, acting as a trusted advisor to senior client stakeholders while leading large-scale delivery engagements and driving digital transformation initiatives. /n /n Key Responsibilities /n /n

- Lead end-to-end delivery of technology programs for Wealth Management clients.

/n

- Build trusted relationships with client executives and business stakeholders.

/n

- Drive delivery excellence, quality, governance, and customer satisfaction.

/n

- Lead distributed delivery teams and mentor delivery managers.

/n

- Partner with business and technology teams to define and execute strategic initiatives.

/n

- Identify opportunities for modernization, automation, AI adoption, and operational improvements.

/n

- Support account growth through solutioning, client workshops, and strategic advisory.

/n /n /n Required Experience /n /n

- 15+ years of experience leading enterprise technology delivery.

/n

- Experience working with Wealth Management, Multi-Family Office, Private Investment,



Asset Management, or Private Banking organizations.

/n

- Robust understanding of investment operations, portfolio management, and wealth management business processes.

/n

- Experience managing large global delivery teams.

/n
