About the Role

Lotus Business Solutions is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Data Management Intern to support lead management, data auditing, reporting, and administrative coordination. The role requires strong attention to detail, proficiency with spreadsheets, and the ability to maintain accurate and well-organized business data.

Key Responsibilities

• Research and extract targeted leads based on defined campaign requirements.

• Maintain, organize, and update lead databases and operational trackers.

• Audit lead sheets for accuracy, completeness, duplicates, and overall data quality.

• Verify, clean, and update records to maintain data consistency.

• Track data allocation, usage, and pending updates across assigned campaigns.

• Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments.

• Maintain daily and weekly operational trackers and ensure timely updates.

• Prepare data reports and summaries for management review.

• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure accurate and timely flow of information.





• Maintain confidentiality and integrity of business and client data.

Qualifications

• Graduate or currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in any discipline.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.

- Strong online research and data extraction skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
