SystemsPlus is hiring for Data Engineer, /n /n Exp : 4 yr+ /n Location : Pune KP - Hybrid /n /n What You’ll Do /n As a Senior Data Engineer you will: /n /n

- Support our solution architects, software developers, data analysts and data scientists on data and analytics initiatives

/n

- Serve in a lead capacity on client initiatives

/n

- Ensure optimal data delivery architecture is consistent throughout ongoing projects

/n

- Be self-directed and comfortable supporting the data needs of multiple teams, systems and products

/n

- Be excited by the prospect of building our company’s data engineering capabilities to support our next generation of products and data initiatives for our clients

/n

- Lead, grow, and mentor a data engineering team in developing, maintaining, and monitoring data solutions for clients

/n

- Assist in defining client solutions and support managing their delivery

/n /n /n What We’re Looking For /n /n /n

- Strong experience in building up-to-date data platforms that leverage Azure Data Lake, Azure Data Factory and Azure Databricks

/n

- Should be proficient in PySpark, Python and SQL

/n

- Highly prefer skills in designing, developing, and implementing data engineering solutions using Databricks on cloud platforms

/n

- Strong experience designing data models that meets business needs that meets design guidelines and standards is a must

/n

- Assembling large, complex data sets that meet functional/non-functional business requirements

/n

- Identifying, designing, and implementing internal process improvements: automating manual processes, optimizing data delivery,



re-designing infrastructure for greater scalability, etc

/n

- Leveraging the appropriate infrastructure required for optimal extraction, transformation, and loading of data from a wide variety of data sources using SQL and ‘big data’ technologies

/n

- Building analytics tools that utilize the data pipeline to provide actionable insights into customer acquisition, operational efficiency and other key business performance metrics

/n

- Working with stakeholders including the Product, Data and Design teams to assist with data-related technical issues and support their data infrastructure needs

/n

- 4+ years of experience in a Data Engineer role

/n

- Experience building and optimizing ‘big data’ data pipelines, architectures and data sets

/n

- Experience performing root cause analysis on internal and external data and processes to answer specific business questions and identify opportunities for improvement

/n

- Strong analytic skills related to working with unstructured datasets

/n

- Build processes supporting data transformation, data structures, metadata, dependency and workload management

/n

- A successful history of manipulating, processing and extracting value from large disconnected datasets

/n

- Experience supporting and working with cross-functional teams in a dynamic environment

/n

- Demonstrated ability with big data tools including Databricks, Spark, Snowflake, Airflow, and Kafka

/n

- Expertise with Azure or AWS cloud services
