Job Title: Production Manager – Chemical Manufacturing

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Production Manager to oversee the setup, commissioning, and day-to-day operations of a chemical blending and manufacturing facility. The role will be responsible for ensuring safe, effective, quality-focused, and compliant production operations.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in chemical blending, specialty chemicals, surfactants, detergents, lubricants, process chemicals, or similar manufacturing environments.

Key Responsibilities
Manage daily chemical production, blending, packaging, and dispatch operations.
Ensure production follows approved formulations, SOPs, quality, and safety standards.
Plan production schedules and optimize manpower, materials, and equipment.
Monitor productivity, yield, wastage, downtime, and product quality.
Coordinate with Quality,



Maintenance, Warehouse, and other internal teams.
Ensure compliance with EHS, statutory, and manufacturing requirements.
Lead and train production teams and drive continuous process improvement.

Experience and Technical Skills
Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, or a related technical discipline.
8–10 years of experience in chemical manufacturing or formulation-based production.
At least 3 years of experience in a production supervisory or managerial role.
Experience in chemical blending, specialty chemicals, detergents, surfactants, or similar industries.
Knowledge of production processes, quality systems, chemical safety, and manufacturing compliance.
Robust leadership, problem-solving, and team management skills.

Pay: ₹1,000,000.00 - ₹1,600,000.00 per year
