Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Delhi, India for a Quality Control Specialist. The role involves inspecting textile and garment products at various stages of production to ensure they meet established quality standards and specifications.

The Quality Control

Specialist will perform routine checks on raw materials, in-process items, and finished goods, document inspection results, and report defects or deviations to the production and management teams. The position includes collaborating with production staff to implement corrective actions, maintaining quality records, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives.



The specialist will also help align processes with company policies and relevant quality guidelines.

Qualifications
Strong foundation in Quality Control and Quality Assurance, with the ability to apply these practices in a textiles or apparel manufacturing environment.
Experience or knowledge in Quality Management and Quality Auditing to monitor processes, perform inspections, and support compliance with internal standards.
Understanding of Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) principles and their application in production workflows to ensure consistency and safety.
Attention to detail, ability to identify defects and patterns, and skill in maintaining accurate documentation and reports.
Effective communication skills to collaborate with production teams and management, and to clearly convey quality-related findings.
Ability to work on-site in a quick-paced environment, manage multiple inspections, and prioritize tasks to meet production timelines.
Prior experience in textiles, garment manufacturing, or a related quality-focused role is preferred.
Relevant diploma or degree in textiles, quality management, industrial engineering, or a related field is an advantage.
