The ideal candidate should have robust communication skills, a sales-oriented mindset, and the ability to build relationships with prospective customers. Key ResponsibilitiesGenerate leads and identify potential customers for residential and commercial real estate projects.

Handle customer inquiries and understand their property requirements. Schedule and conduct property/project site visits. Follow up with leads through calls, WhatsApp, and meetings. Explain project details, pricing, payment plans, and other relevant information to customers.

Negotiate and assist customers throughout the sales process. Maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients. Achieve individual and team sales targets. Maintain regular updates of leads, follow-ups, and sales activities.

Candidate Requirements Experience:



1–5 years in Real Estate Sales preferred. Freshers with strong communication and sales skills may also apply. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Positive convincing and negotiation abilities. Strong customer-handling and relationship-building skills. Target-oriented and self-motivated personality. Knowledge of the Pune real estate market will be an advantage. Candidates comfortable working in and around Baner, Pune are preferred.
