Role Description: The Course Facilitator at EduCADD Thinkworks Rajajinagar is a full-time, in office role based in Bengaluru. The person in this position will conduct classroom and lab sessions, guide learners through course content, and support them in completing assignments and projects. Daily responsibilities include explaining concepts clearly, demonstrating software tools or technical workflows, answering learner questions, and monitoring progress.

The Course

Facilitator will assist in organizing assessments, maintaining training materials, and ensuring that sessions run on schedule. The role also involves providing feedback, mentoring learners on career readiness,



and collaborating with the center’s team to continuously improve course delivery.

Qualifications:

- Ability to facilitate training in CAD/CAM/CAE or IT-related courses, with practical knowledge of relevant tools and technologies.
- Strong instructional, presentation, and communication skills to explain complex concepts in a clear and engaging manner.
- Competence in learner support activities, including mentoring, academic guidance, and handling doubts during and after class sessions.
- Organizational and time-management skills to plan lessons, manage classroom schedules, and maintain training documentation.
- Comfort working with digital learning platforms, basic computer applications, and standard office tools.
- Prior experience in teaching, corporate training, or educational facilitation is preferred.
- Diploma or degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Civil, Mechanical, Digital Marketing, Interior Design or a related discipline is desirable.
- Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues, respond to feedback, and adapt to evolving course requirements.
