The candidate should have robust hands-on experience in both scheduling and administrative aspects of Control-M, with the ability to analyze and resolve job failures, perform patching and upgrades, manage agents, and automate processes using scripting and APIs. /n Key Responsibilities: /n Design, create, and maintain Control-M job schedules across multiple environments. /n Analyze job failures and provide timely resolution and root-cause analysis. /n Manage Control and Exclusive resources to optimize job flow and prevent conflicts. /n Create and maintain Control-M calendars as per business requirements. /n Perform administrative tasks such as:
/n DR (Disaster Recovery) activity execution and validation. /n Control-M/Server, Control-M/EM, and Agent patching and upgrades. /n OS (Linux/Windows) and Database (PostgreSQL/Oracle/SQL) upgrade support. /n Manage Control-M Configuration Manager (CCM) components and configurations. /n Install, configure, and upgrade Control-M Agents across environments. /n Monitor and manage user access and roles within Control-M EM. /n Develop and maintain automation scripts for operational efficiency. /n Utilize Control-M Automation API for deployment, monitoring, and automation tasks. /n Collaborate with application and infrastructure teams to ensure smooth batch processing. /n Participate in on-call support rotation for production job monitoring and issue resolution
