About UsWe are building a next-generation Web3 venture designed to solve critical challenges in the crypto ecosystem. We have defined the vision, market strategy, and initial roadmap—now we are looking for a technical leader to build the architecture from scratch and scale the core platform.

The RoleWe are seeking a visionary Co-Founder & CTO to take complete ownership of our technology function. You will lead technical decision-making, design scalable smart contract architectures, and build an elite development team from the ground up.

You are not required to invest capital. We are providing an initial 6-month mandate of $25,000 to resource product development, infrastructure, and team building in India, while offering significant equity/token ownership as a founding member.

Key Responsibilities

- Technical Vision & Architecture: Design, build, and deploy secure, scalable Web3 applications, smart contracts, and backend infrastructure.
- Team Building & Management: Allocate the initial $25k product mandate to recruit, manage, and lead a lean team of developers and security auditors.
- Smart Contract & Protocol Security: Ensure rigorous security standards, code quality, and preparation for protocol audits.




- Product Delivery: Work closely with the non-technical founders to translate business goals into technical milestones and hit production deadlines within the 6-month mandate.
- Strategic Leadership: Shape the overall product roadmap, tokenomics/protocol design (if applicable), and technology roadmap as an equal founding partner.

Who You Are
- Web3 Native: Deep hands-on experience building decentralized applications (dApps), smart contracts (Solidity, Rust, etc.), and interacting with EVM or non-EVM chains.
- Proven Builder: Prior experience in full-stack engineering, system design, and managing production releases.
- 0-to-1 Leader: High agency with a track record of taking complex ideas from concept to launch with limited initial resources.
- Team Builder: Ability to leverage developer networks in India to source top engineering talent cost-effectively.
- Founder Mindset: Willingness to trade immediate corporate salaries for long-term equity upside in a venture with high growth potential.

Compensation & Offer
