nKey Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day communication with clients and understand their campaign requirements.
n
- Coordinate with internal influencer marketing and campaign teams to ensure smooth execution.
n
- Prepare campaign briefs, updates, presentations, and client communication.
n
- Track campaign timelines, deliverables, approvals, and pending requirements.
n
- Coordinate with clients and internal teams for timely closure of campaign deliverables.
n
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
n
- Assist in handling client queries, feedback, and escalations.
n
- Support the team in identifying opportunities for repeat campaigns and client growth.
n
- Maintain accurate records of campaign progress, communication,



and deliverables.
n
- Stay updated with influencers, creators, social media trends, and emerging content formats.
n

nRequirements

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
n
- Solid interpersonal and relationship management skills.
n
- Good understanding of influencers, creators, and social media platforms.
n
- Strong coordination, follow-up, and organizational skills.
n
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns and timelines simultaneously.
n
- Proactive approach with strong attention to detail.
n
- Good working knowledge of MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Google Workspace.
n
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced influencer marketing environment.

nQualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Business Administration, Advertising, or a related field.
n
- 0–2 years of experience in client servicing, influencer marketing, account management, advertising, or a related field.
n
- Freshers with relevant internships and strong communication skills may also apply.
