We're looking for an experienced Sales Manager to lead a high-performing inside sales team in a rapid-paced, target-driven workplace.

Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage a team of 10+ sales executives
Drive daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
Conduct call audits and provide performance coaching
Monitor team productivity and improve conversions
Manage underperformance through structured coaching plans
Ensure process adherence, discipline, and team engagement
Collaborate with HR and leadership on retention and performance initiatives

We're Looking For:





5+ years of sales experience with strong team management expertise

Proven experience managing 20+ member inside sales/tele-sales teams

Strong coaching, performance management, and people leadership skills

Ability to thrive in a high-volume, target-driven workplace

Mature, disciplined, and accountable leadership style

Immediate or early joiners preferred
