WE'RE HIRING | VISA FILING ADMINISTRATOR

Capilano Immigration Consulting is looking for an experienced Visa Filing Administrator to join our team and work directly with an RCIC.

This is an ideal opportunity for someone who already understands the Canadian immigration application process and is experienced in preparing and organizing immigration applications.

What You'll DoYou will work closely with the RCIC and be responsible for administrative and application-support tasks, including:

- Compiling and organizing documents for temporary and permanent residence applications
- Collecting and reviewing client documents against established checklists
- Completing immigration forms and application forms accurately
- Preparing application packages for RCIC review
- Organizing supporting documentation and maintaining application files
- Following up with clients for outstanding documents or information
- Ensuring documents are properly named, organized and ready for submission
- Assisting with application submissions and related administrative tasks
- Maintaining accurate client records and tracking application requirements
- Providing general administrative support to the RCIC and immigration team

What We're Looking For

Required:

- Minimum 2 years of experience in Canadian immigration / visa filing or a similar role




- Strong understanding of Canadian immigration application documentation and forms
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong organizational and document-management skills
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Positive written and verbal communication skills
- Own laptop suitable for professional work
- Reliable, high-speed internet connection

Work HoursThis is a remote position, but the successful candidate must be available to work according to Pacific Standard Time (PST), Canada.

Working hours: 9:00 PM to 5:30 AM India Standard Time (IST)

You must be comfortable working these hours consistently to align with our Canadian office hours.
