Role Description

This is a remote job role for a Job Application Consultant. The Job Application Consultant will assist in analyzing job applications, consulting with clients, and improving business processes. You will support our clients by applying to jobs on their behalf and assisting in the backend hiring process.



This role is perfect for detail-oriented final-year students and freshers who want to learn about talent operations and hiring workflows.

Qualifications

- Advisory and strategic planning skills.
- Open only to final-year graduation students and freshers who have recently completed their graduation.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience in data analysis and report generation.
- Proficiency in industry-standard tools and software.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Experience in IT, Cybersecurity, or Business Management is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Management, or related field, or currently in final year of graduation.
