Role Summary

Lead and drive B2B project sales across Karnataka, focusing on institutional and turnkey projects. Own revenue, collections, and team performance.

Note: Retail / FMCG / pure B2C profiles will not be considered.

Key Responsibilities

Achieve sales targets and close high-value deals (₹2L – ₹1Cr+)

Drive business from institutions, developers, corporates & government projects

Build networks with architects, consultants, contractors

Lead sales team; track pipeline, conversions & CRM

Ensure advance collections (30–40%) and timely recovery

Manage tenders and institutional sales end-to-end

Requirements

6–12 years in B2B project / turnkey / infrastructure sales (mandatory)

Solid track record in large deal closures & collections

Network in real estate / education / institutional sectors

Experience in long-cycle, multi-stakeholder sales
