Role Description:

1. This is a full-time, on-site Business Development Manager role based in Gurugram.
2. The Business Development Manager will identify and pursue new business opportunities with brands seeking influencer and digital marketing services, including prospecting, outreach, and pitch presentations.
3. The role involves building and maintaining client relationships, understanding client objectives, and collaborating with internal teams to design tailored campaign solutions.
4. The Business Development Manager will prepare proposals, negotiate contracts, and track performance against revenue and growth targets.
5. Day-to-day responsibilities also include market research, reporting on sales activities, and representing Positive To Go Media at industry events and client meetings.

Qualifications

1. Business development and sales skills, including lead generation, client acquisition, and account growth.
2. Experience in digital marketing and influencer marketing, with an understanding of campaign structures and performance metrics.
3. Strong relationship management, stakeholder communication, and negotiation skills.
4. Ability to conduct market research, analyze industry trends, and identify strategic opportunities.
5. Organizational and project coordination skills to manage multiple pitches, proposals, and client engagements.
6. Comfort working with lifestyle, beauty, travel, and fashion brands or similar sectors is an advantage.
7. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
8. Previous experience in an agency environment or in a client-facing business development role is highly beneficial.
