? Job Overview

We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Trainee Business Development Executive to join our growing team.

This opportunity is ideal for freshers who are interested in IT sales, business development, lead generation, LinkedIn networking, and client acquisition.

You will work closely with our business development team to identify potential clients, generate leads, maintain prospect data, and support the company's growth initiatives.

? Key Responsibilities

- Identify and research potential IT and technology clients.
- Generate qualified B2B leads through LinkedIn and other online platforms.
- Conduct market and company research to identify potential business opportunities.
- Build and maintain a database of prospects and leads using MS Excel / Google Sheets.
- Use LinkedIn effectively for prospect identification, networking, and business outreach.
- Research decision-makers such as HR Managers, Talent Acquisition Managers, CTOs, CIOs, Founders, and Business Heads.
- Support email, LinkedIn, and other digital outreach activities.
- Track lead status, follow-ups, responses, and conversions.
- Maintain accurate and organized business development data.




- Analyze market information and identify new opportunities.
- Coordinate with the internal team for qualified lead follow-ups.
- Meet assigned lead-generation and activity targets.

- Excellent communication skills – written and verbal.
- Strong analytical and research skills.
- Good understanding of data management.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets.
- Excellent knowledge of LinkedIn and LinkedIn search.
- Strong internet research skills.
- Ability to identify and qualify potential leads.
- Good organizational and time-management skills.
- Positive attitude with a willingness to learn.
- Self-motivated and comfortable working independently in a Work From Home environment.
