Profile: Business Development Executive

Experience: 2-5 Years

Location: Jaipur, Alwar

CTC: Up to 6 LPA

Key Responsibilities

- Generate leads and identify current business opportunities for uniform manufacturing/supply contracts.
- Conduct client visits, presentations and meetings to understand uniform requirements.
- Prepare and share quotations, follow up on proposals and drive deal closure.
- Maintain and update the sales pipeline and CRM with accurate, current data.
- Coordinate with internal design and production teams to ensure smooth order execution.
- Build relationships with clients to encourage repeat orders and referrals.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets as assigned by the BD Manager.

Candidate Requirements

- 2-5 years of B2B sales experience; experience in uniforms, apparel, textiles or corporate gifting preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Target-driven with a proactive, self-starter attitude.
- Comfortable with field sales, client visits and cold outreach.
- Stable career history preferred.
