About the Role

We are looking for a Business Acquisition Executive – International Markets to join our team.

This is an entry-level opportunity for freshers who want to build a career in International Sales, Business Development, Performance Marketing, and Affiliate Marketing.

You will work on identifying and acquiring direct mobile app clients globally, as well as building relationships with international performance marketing and affiliate agencies.

You will get hands-on exposure to working with global businesses, international decision-makers, marketing agencies, and the performance marketing ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

•⁠ ⁠Research and identify potential mobile app advertisers and businesses globally.

•⁠ ⁠Find relevant decision-makers through LinkedIn, company websites, industry platforms, and online research.

•⁠ ⁠Reach out to potential clients through LinkedIn DMs, emails, and other professional communication channels.

•⁠ ⁠Understand client requirements, target markets, KPIs, and campaign objectives.

•⁠ ⁠Present The Walker Media’s performance and affiliate marketing solutions to potential clients.





•⁠ ⁠Follow up with prospects and convert qualified leads into active clients.

•⁠ ⁠Assist with the onboarding of new clients and coordinate with internal teams.

•⁠ ⁠Identify and onboard global performance marketing agencies, affiliate agencies, and other potential partners.

•⁠ ⁠Maintain regular communication with active clients and agencies.

•⁠ ⁠Maintain accurate client, prospect, and agency databases.

•⁠ ⁠Track daily outreach, conversations, follow-ups, meetings, and conversions.

•⁠ ⁠Build long-term professional relationships with international clients and partners.

•⁠ ⁠Stay updated on the mobile app, affiliate marketing, and performance marketing industry.

Good to Have

•⁠ ⁠Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.

•⁠ ⁠Internship or exposure to sales, business development, digital marketing, affiliate marketing, or performance marketing.

•⁠ ⁠Basic understanding of LinkedIn, email outreach, and online research.

•⁠ ⁠Interest in the global digital marketing and mobile app ecosystem.

Compensation & Growth

First 6 Months: ₹2.4 LPA

After 6 Months: ₹3.2–3.6 LPA

Performance, learning ability, ownership, and contribution to business growth will be considered during the progression review.
