Roles and Responsibilities:
Assess candidate processes and determine the right intervention, including redesign, workflow automation, RPA, or rejection where automation is not the right fit.
Document process flows and exception handling in sufficient detail for developers to build without interpretation.
Build and configure workflow automations using Microsoft Power Platform and approved automation tools.
Integrate automation solutions with enterprise systems such as SAP S/4HANA, SuccessFactors, SAP Ariba, and Freshservice.
Track baseline effort, measure realized advantages after go-live, and maintain the automation inventory and change log.

Skills Required:
5 to 8 years of overall experience,



including at least 3 years in hands-on RPA or workflow automation delivery.
Hands-on experience in automation delivery using RPA and Microsoft Power Platform.
Solid working knowledge of Power Automate, Power Apps, and Dataverse for workflow build and configuration.
Experience with enterprise integrations and API-based connectivity across SAP and service management platforms.
Ability to define build-ready process documentation, manage exceptions, and support audit-ready automation controls.

Valuable to Have:
Power BI for automation performance reporting.

Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Commerce, or a related discipline.
