We are looking for an experienced Senior Business Analyst with solid domain expertise in KYC and Financial Crime Compliance within the Banking and Financial Services industry.

Mandatory Skills
Strong hands-on experience in KYC (Know Your Customer)
Customer Due Diligence (CDD)
Enhanced Due Diligence (EDD)
Sanctions Screening
Financial Crime / FinCrime Compliance
Experience in Banking or Financial Services domain
Business process analysis and requirement gathering
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
Data analysis using SQL and Excel





Key Responsibilities
Gather, analyze, and document business and compliance requirements.
Analyze business processes and identify gaps and improvement prospects.
Work closely with business, technology, and compliance stakeholders.
Support solution implementation and project delivery.
Perform data analysis using SQL and Excel.
Manage project deliverables and support/mentor team members.
Work in an Agile delivery setting.

Preferred Skills
Experience working with UK Banking clients
Experience in ODD (Ongoing Due Diligence)
Knowledge of Agile methodologies and project delivery frameworks.
