nRole Description
nWe are looking for a Google Ads Expert with 4-6 years of hands-on agency experience managing Google Ads campaigns across multiple industries and budget scales. This is not a role for someone who sets up campaigns and waits for results. Senior Performance Marketer/Google Ads Specialist is expected to own campaign outcomes, drive lead quality, manage budgets strategically, and bring proactive optimization thinking to every account they handle.



You will work closely with the Pod Manager and Account Managers and will be the performance authority within the pod.
nAt this level, you are expected to mentor junior performance marketers, contribute to campaign strategy, and have direct conversations with clients on performance when needed.

- Plan, build, and manage Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns end-to-end across multiple client accountsn
- Run campaigns across Search, Display, Performance Max, YouTube, Demand Gen, Meta Feed, Reels, and Storiesn
- Own campaign architecture including structure, targeting, bidding strategy, ad copy, and budget alloca
