- Design, develop, and customize ServiceNow Service Portal using AngularJS. N
- Customize Service CatLog items, Record Producers, and portal forms to support ITSM/ESM use cases. N
- Ensure portal design aligns with ITIL processes (Incident, Request, Change, Knowledge). N
- Optimize portal performance, reusability, and maintainability of AngularJS components. N
- Collaborate with UX/UI teams to translate wireframes into functional portal designs. N
- Support portal-related issues in Production and participate in root cause analysis. N
- Adhere to ServiceNow SDLC, coding standards, and security/compliance guidelines. N
- Document portal designs, configurations, and custom components for audit and operational readiness. N
