Senior Executive – Legal & Corporate Compliance

Experience: 3+ years

Qualification: LLB/LLM mandatory

Key Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day corporate legal and compliance activities.
Ensure timely statutory filings and regulatory compliances.
Maintain statutory records, registers, and compliance trackers.
Assist with corporate governance, board documentation, and legal documentation.
Monitor changes in applicable laws and regulatory requirements.
Coordinate with external legal counsel, consultants, auditors, and regulatory authorities.
Identify compliance gaps and support timely resolution.

Requirements:
LLB/LLM mandatory.
Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in corporate compliance is mandatory.
Solid knowledge of corporate laws and regulatory requirements.
Positive legal drafting, communication, and documentation skills.
Solid attention to detail and ability to manage deadlines.
