Strong experience in Java (8 or higher) and Spring Boot framework Hands-on experience in designing and developing Microservices architectures Expertise in REST API development and integration Experience with ORM frameworks (Hibernate/JPA) Strong understanding of SQL/No SQL databases (Oracle, Postgre SQL, Mongo DB, etc.) Experience with event-driven architecture (Kafka, Rabbit MQ) Knowledge of containerization (Docker) and orchestration (Kubernetes) Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines (Azure Dev Ops/Jenkins) Strong understanding of design patterns, OOPs, and system design principles Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments Positive-to-Have
Exposure to cloud platforms (Azure/AWS) Experience with API Gateway (Spring Cloud Gateway, Kong, Apigee) Knowledge of security frameworks (OAuth2, JWT, Spring Security) BFSI/Insurance domain experience (preferred for RLG programs) Experience in distributed systems and resilience patterns (Circuit Breaker, Retry, etc.) Familiarity with Dev Sec Ops practices
