Key Responsibilities

- Manage daily inventory operations including inward, put-away, stock movement, transfers, returns, and adjustments.

- Maintain high inventory accuracy across physical stock and ERP/system inventory.

- Conduct regular cycle counts, stock audits, and physical inventory reconciliation.

- Identify and resolve stock variances, shortages, excesses, SKU/size mismatches, and system discrepancies.

- Monitor inventory ageing, non-moving stock, damaged stock, repair stock, and blocked inventory.

- Ensure proper location-wise and SKU-wise inventory management.

- Coordinate with Warehouse, Merchandising, Stores, Marketplace, and Finance teams for inventory-related issues.





- Monitor inter-warehouse and store transfers and ensure timely system transactions.

- Prepare and publish daily/weekly inventory MIS and reconciliation reports.

- Ensure proper documentation and controls for all inventory transactions.

- Drive inventory accuracy improvement initiatives and reduce inventory losses and discrepancies.

- Support warehouse process improvement, SOP implementation, 5S and Kaizen initiatives.

- Manage and guide inventory executives and team members.

- Ensure compliance with company inventory policies and operational processes.
