Key Responsibilities
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports and dashboards for management and business teams. - Collect, validate, and analyze data from multiple sources to ensure accuracy and consistency. - Develop and maintain automated reports using Excel, Power BI, Google Sheets, SQL, or other reporting tools. - Monitor business KPIs and provide performance analysis to support strategic decisions. - Create operational dashboards for sales, customer support, marketing, finance, and other functional teams. - Identify data discrepancies and coordinate with respective teams for timely correction. - Generate ad hoc reports and analytical summaries based on management requirements. - Maintain and update master databases, user records, and operational trackers. - Ensure data integrity, confidentiality, and compliance with company policies. - Support process automation initiatives to reduce manual reporting efforts. - Analyze trends, productivity, and operational performance and provide actionable recommendations.



- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to understand reporting requirements and deliver timely solutions. - Maintain proper documentation of reports, data sources, and reporting processes. - Train junior MIS executives on reporting standards, formulas, dashboards, and data validation processes. - Continuously improve reporting efficiency and dashboard usability.

Required Skills
Advanced Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, Power Query, Power Pivot, XLOOKUP, INDEX-MATCH, advanced formulas, dashboards, and automation). - Robust knowledge of Power BI or other BI tools. - Good understanding of SQL and database concepts. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Excellent attention to detail and data accuracy. - Ability to interpret business data and present insights in a easy and actionable manner. - Robust communication and stakeholder management skills. - Ability to handle multiple reporting requirements and meet strict deadlines. - Knowledge of CRM, ERP, and operational reporting systems is an added advantage.
