nAbout the Project
nWe are looking for a Senior Consultant to support a critical Ansible Automation Platform (AAP) project for one of our enterprise clients based in Pune. This engagement serves as a prerequisite for a larger program initiative. The client is currently facing technical challenges that require on-the-ground support—hence, we are seeking a consultant who can work closely with the client team at their Pune location to troubleshoot, implement, and stabilize the workplace.
nKey Responsibilities

- Lead the installation, configuration, and migration of Red Hat Ansible Automation Platform (AAP) from version 2.4 to 2.6.n
- Provide hands-on technical expertise in automating networking workflows using Ansible.n




- Collaborate directly with client stakeholders to understand current pain points and deliver tailored automation solutions.n
- Perform health checks, performance tuning, and troubleshooting of existing AAP environments.n
- Develop and maintain Ansible playbooks, roles, and collections for network automation use cases.n
- Ensure smooth cutover during migration with minimal disruption to ongoing operations.n
- Document technical designs, migration plans, and operational runbooks.n
- Provide knowledge transfer and training to client teams as needed.n

nMust-Have Skills (Primary)

- Red Hat Ansible Automation Platform (AAP) – hands-on experience with versions 2.4, 2.5, and 2.6.n
- Proven experience in AAP installation, upgrade, and migration (particularly 2.4 → 2.6).n
- Strong expertise in Ansible for Networking – automation of network devices (Cisco, Juniper, Arista, etc.) using Ansible modules and collections.n
- Positive understanding of Ansible Towe
