Create and implement a recruitment strategy.

Collaborate with staff members or clients to understand what is required for specific engineering roles such as Civil design engineers, Surveyors, Bridge Design engineers, transportation engineers etc.
Conduct interviews using a variety of different methods.
Pipelining candidates through pro-active market research and on-going relationship management.
Full Life cycle recruiting of technical professionals for contract, full time and direct Hire roles.
Should have experience working on ATS and VMS

Skillset:




Minimum 2 years of experience in end-to-end US Engineering Recruitment.
Working as a 360 Consultant, you will need to build relationships with both clients and candidates alike.
Should have experience working on Engineering Roles
Strong experience working with LinkedIn recruiter.
Additionally, Candidate should have outgoing personality and excellent Interpersonal and extrovert personality.
Should have solid candidate relationship skills demonstrated through effective communication.
Should have solid negotiation skills.
