Summary As an Application Tech Support Practitioner, a typical day involves serving as the continuous liaison between clients and the system or application. This role is dedicated to maintaining high standards of quality by utilizing excellent communication to ensure the smooth operation of advanced systems. The practitioner carefully identifies client issues and thoughtfully develops effective solutions by leveraging comprehensive knowledge of the product, ensuring client satisfaction and system reliability throughout daily interactions.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance system performance and client experience.
- Document and communicate technical issues and resolutions clearly to stakeholders.
- Assist in the continuous improvement of support processes and tools.
- Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance.
Skilled & Technical Skills
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Oracle Database Administration (DBA).
- Strong knowledge of database backup, recovery, and performance tuning techniques.
- Experience in managing database security and user access controls.
- Ability to monitor database health and troubleshoot issues proactively.
- Familiarity with database patching and upgrade procedures.
- Understanding of database replication and high availability solutions.
Additional Information
- The candidate should have minimum 2 years of experience in Oracle Database Administration (DBA).
