NThe Google Workspace Presales Solution Architect will be responsible for designing and

Narchitecting enterprise-grade collaboration and productivity solutions using Google

NWorkspace.

n1. Architecture & Design

NDesign Digital Workplacesolutions centered on Google Workspace, including:

No Gmail, Google Drive, Docs, Sheets, Slides

No Google Meet & Chat (collaboration and conferencing)

No Google Vault, Security Center, Admin console

No Endpoint Management & Chrome Enterprise

NDefine migration and transformation strategies:

No Exchange / Microsoft 365 / Lotus Notes to Google Workspace

No File share / SharePointmigration to Google Drive

NCreate target operating models (TOM) and service constructs for:

No Collaboration services support

No Managed workplace services

No Productivity and adoption services

NDevelop solution architectures, HLD/LLD, cost models, and effort estimations

Naligned with business requirements.

NEnsure alignment with security, compliance, and data sovereignty requirements

Nacross regions.

nSupport PoCs, demos, and solution validation exercises

N2. Google Workspace Ecosystem – Solution Elements

NEnterprise Collaboration& Productivity Platform Design

NEmail & Calendar Transformations to Gmail

NContent & Document Management using Google Drive

NReal-time Collaboration and Meeting Experience (Meet, Chat)

NChrome Enterprise & Endpoint Management

NThird-party integrations(IDAM, DLP, SIEM, SaaS ecosystem)

NAutomation using Google Apps Script / APIs / AI capabilities (Duet AI / Gemini)

NWorkplace Analytics and Adoption Frameworks

N3. Technical Leadership &Collaboration;

NLead end-to-end presalessolutioning for Google Workspace opportunities

N(RFI/RFP/RFQ, proactive deals, renewals,



and transformation programs).

NFront-end customer discussions, workshops, and solution presentations with

NCIO/CTO-level stakeholders.

NCollaborate with Google Cloud teams and marketplace partners to build joint value

Npropositions.

nContribute to deal shaping, pricing strategy, and commercial constructs (including

Nsubscription and managed services models).

N4. Consulting & Commercial Skills

NAbility to articulate business value of workspace modernization

NExperience with estimation, cost modelling, and value-based solutioning

NStrong communication skills for technical and executive stakeholders

NRequired Skills & Experience

NExperience

nMinimum 6–10 years of IT experience, with at least 3–5 years in Digital Workplace /

NCollaboration solutioning

NRich experience in presales, solution architecture, or consulting roles

NPrior experience in Google Workspace solutioning or large-scale migration programs

NExperience working in System Integrators / Managed Services providers (preferred)

NKnowledge of:

No Identity & Access Management (Okta, Azure AD, Google Identity)

No Endpoint Management (Chrome, mobile device management)

No Messaging coexistence and migration tools (Quest, BitTitan, Google tools)

No Hybrid environments (On-prem AD, Exchange, file servers integration)

No Security & compliance (DLP, eDiscovery, retention, encryption)

No APIs, scripting, and automation capabilities

NDesirable / Preferred Skills

NGoogle certifications:

No Professional Google Workspace Administrator

No Google Cloud Qualified Architect

NExposure to:

No AI-powered workplace capabilities (Google Gemini / Duet AI)

No User adoption and change management programs

NExperience in multi-cloud workplace environments (Microsoft 365 + Google Workspace

Ncoexistence)
