- Candidates should have substantial experience in academic or career counselling, preferably for UG/PG and diploma courses.

nExperience Required: 5–10 years

- Experience in handling student enquiries, admissions and parent interactions.

- Ability to manage lead follow-ups, admission records and enquiry databases.

- Ability to supervise, support and guide junior counsellors.

- Good organisational, interpersonal and team-management skills.

n2.Junior Counsellor

- Number of Positions: 8
n
- Experience Required: 2–3 yearsCandidates should have experience in counselling, admissions, tele-calling or a related field.

nKey Responsibilities and Requirements:

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to assist students with course enquiries and the admission process.
n
- Experience in tele-calling, lead follow-ups and query coordination.
n
- Ability to maintain admission records, spreadsheets and CRM databases.
n
- Smart, confident and target-oriented personality.
n
- Strong follow-up and relationship-management skills.
n




- Willingness to work under the guidance of senior team members.

n3.Admission Officers / Admission Executives

n

- Number of Positions: 8
n
- Experience Required: 2–10 yearsCandidates having experience in marketing within the education industry are preferred. Those with experience in other sectors (e.g., banking, insurance, financial services, etc.) are also encouraged to apply
n

nKey Responsibilities and Requirements:

n

n
- Visit schools across districts of West Bengal to discuss career prospects with Class 11 & 12 students
n
- Liaise and build long-term relationships with principals, teachers, and institutional stakeholders
n
- Implement and monitor marketing strategies for student acquisition, including conducting seminars, organising counselling camps, and participating in educational fairs.
n
- Generate and follow up on leads for admissions, achieving weekly/monthly targets in a performance-driven environment
n
- Interact with prospective students and parents to provide guidance on academic programs
n
- Counsel and convert leads into confirmed admissions
n
- Generate and follow up on leads for admissions, achieving weekly targets in a performance-driven environment
n
- Assist students in making informed career and course choices
n
