Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include
Audit our current social presence and identify what needs to change — content pillars, visual identity, posting cadence, tone of voice
Build and own a content calendar that reflects our dermat-first brand positioning.
Coordinate content production with our design/creative team — reels, carousels, stories, trend-led posts.
Manage day-to-day community engagement — comments, DMs — keeping response time and tone on-brand.
Track organic performance (reach, engagement, follower growth, saves/shares) and adjust the content mix based on what's actually working.
Stay ahead of platform trends and formats, and adapt them for the brand quickly.
Coordinate with the Influencer Marketing team to identify creator content that's been approved for reposting on our own channels.
Repost only content that's cleared the team's internal review process
Join a regular sync with the Influencer Marketing team to plan and select which creator content runs on our channels.
