Role Description The Social Media Marketing Specialist is a full time, in office role based in Bhubaneswar. This position is responsible for planning, creating, and publishing engaging social media content across platforms to increase brand awareness, audience engagement, and lead generation. The specialist will manage social media calendars, run campaigns, monitor performance metrics, and optimize strategies using analytics.

Day-to-day tasks include collaborating with the marketing and design teams, responding to audience interactions,



staying current with social media trends, and aligning content with broader digital marketing initiatives and client objectives.

Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong skills in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Content Creation, including campaign planning and platform management.
Candidates should possess skills in Digital Marketing and Marketing, with an understanding of SEO, paid advertising, and performance tracking.
Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills, including explicit written communication and effective collaboration with internal teams and clients.
Relevant experience with major social platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X), social media analytics tools, and basic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Express) is beneficial.
A bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience, is preferred.
Ability to work on-site in Bhubaneswar, manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and adapt quickly to evolving digital trends.
