We are actively seeking highly experienced Statistical Programmers to join our growing team. This role is ideal for specialists with deep domain expertise in clinical trial programming and hands on experience on efficacy datasets and output

Key Responsibilities

Develop and validate ADaM datasets and TFLs (Tables, Figures, Listings) in compliance with CDISC standards

Collaborate with statisticians, data managers, and cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery

Required Qualifications

10+ years of experience in Statistical Programming within clinical trials

Solid expertise in ADaM and TFL programming

Minimum 2 years of lead/mentorship experience

At least 1 year of hands-on R programming experience

Robust knowledge of CDISC standards and regulatory requirements

Preferred

Experience supporting Phase II and Phase III clinical trials

Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills
