Must-Have
CSSA certification (mandatory)
5 – 8 years of solid hands-on Pega development experience with end-to-end delivery ownership.
Robust design and implementation across: o Case architecture (multi-case orchestration, reusable subprocesses) o Data layer (data pages, sourcing, caching, pagination strategies) o UI rules (sections, harnesses), correspondence, SLAs, routing
Strong integration experience: o Designing REST services, connectors, authentication patterns, resiliency and retry strategies o Error handling, mapping, and logging standards
Solid debugging/troubleshooting skills using Tracer, Clipboard, PAL and production issue triage.
Experience with DevOps practices for Pega (branching model,



pipeline deployments, merge governance). Good-to-Have
Deep experience with Pega Constellation (design, migration, and enterprise rollout)
Expertise in cloud-native deployments (Pega Cloud, Kubernetes/AKS/EKS, observability)
Experience with CI/CD pipelines, automation frameworks, and release governance at scale
Exposure to Pega GenAI / AI-driven workflows / Agentic AI capabilities
Solid understanding of enterprise integration ecosystems and microservices architecture

Nice-to-Have
Extensive experience in Banking / Financial Services domain (disputes, cards, payments, lending, onboarding, servicing)
Experience with Pega Smart Disputes or other Pega industry frameworks
Exposure to global, multi-region deployments with compliance and regulatory considerations
Proven track record in legacy modernization programs (mainframe, BPM, workflow platforms)
