Role Description The Senior Travel Consultant will work in office in Surat in a full-time capacity, providing expert guidance and support to clients throughout the travel planning process.

Responsibilities include consulting with clients to understand their preferences, designing tailored itineraries, and managing all travel arrangements such as flights, accommodations, and ground transport. The role involves handling reservations, resolving travel-related issues, and ensuring a high standard of customer service before, during, and after trips.

Consultant will also coordinate with vendors and partners, maintain accurate records in booking systems,



and contribute to improving internal processes and travel packages.

Qualifications
Candidates should possess robust Travel Consulting and Travel Management skills to advise clients and oversee end-to-end travel solutions.
Candidates should possess expertise in Travel Arrangements and Reservations, including booking flights, hotels, and transportation using industry-standard tools.
Candidates should possess excellent Customer Service skills to respond promptly to inquiries, manage expectations, and handle issues or complaints professionally.
Candidates should possess solid communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build long-term client relationships.
Candidates should possess good organizational and time-management skills, with attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.
Relevant experience in a travel agency or tour operations environment, preferably in a senior or lead consultant role.
Familiarity with global destinations, visa requirements, and travel regulations; experience with GDS or online booking platforms is an advantage.
Diploma or degree in Travel and Tourism, Hospitality, Business, or a related field is preferred.
