We’re a youth experiential agency connecting brands with culture through experiential marketing, brand solutions and live entertainment. From campaigns for Heineken, Kingfisher, Hero MotoCorp, Bingo! and Myntra to live experiences with Amit Trivedi, Sunidhi Chauhan and DIVINE, we bring ideas to life where young audiences gather at college fests across India and festivals like Sunburn, Comic Con and Zomaland.

We’ve worked with brands including Heineken, Kingfisher, Hero MotoCorp, Bingo! and Myntra, and artists like Amit Trivedi, Sunidhi Chauhan and DIVINE.

Recent highlights: Myntra’s 34-city Glamfest Tour and 50 campus activations for Nestlé’s Nescafé and KitKat.

Roles and Responsibilities
Design across formats, from brand and campaign identities to digital creatives, pitch decks and print, adapting ideas to different client objectives.
Collaborate with Brand Solutions and Production to understand briefs, shape visual directions and develop creative concepts.




Bring concepts to life through design outputs that deliver on campaign and brand objectives.

What We’re Looking For
5–7 years of relevant design experience and a robust portfolio.
Interest in youth culture, brands, and live experiences.
Proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign; working knowledge of Figma.
A solid eye for typography, colour, layout, and composition.
Ability to lead designers while remaining hands-on with execution.
Experience in experiential marketing, events, or activations is a plus, but not required. Motion graphics or video editing skills are an added bonus.
