Role Description The Site Supervisor role is a full-time, on-site position based in the Belgaum Division.

The Site

Supervisor is responsible for overseeing day-to-day construction activities, ensuring work is executed according to plans, safety standards, and quality requirements. This role coordinates with engineers, contractors, and labor teams, monitors material usage, and maintains site documentation such as daily progress reports and checklists.

Supervisor also manages timelines, resolves in office issues, and supports adherence to project budgets and client specifications.





Qualifications
Strong practical knowledge of construction processes, site supervision, and adherence to safety and quality standards.
Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, project plans, and technical specifications.
Experience coordinating with contractors, vendors, and on-site teams, including labor management and task allocation.
Proficiency in maintaining daily site records, basic reporting, and use of common office and communication tools.
Valuable problem-solving, time management, and organizational skills to manage multiple activities on site.
Effective verbal and written communication skills for interaction with clients, consultants, and internal stakeholders.
Prior experience as a Site Supervisor or similar role in residential, commercial, or real estate development projects.
Diploma or degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field preferred; relevant work experience may be considered.
Familiarity with local building codes, safety regulations, and compliance requirements in the Belgaum region is an advantage.
