nJob Summary

nWe are looking for a creative and detail-oriented 3D Designer to join our interior design team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of interior spaces, materials, furniture, lighting, and visual aesthetics, along with the ability to convert 2D concepts and design ideas into high-quality 3D visualizations.

nThe candidate will be responsible for creating realistic 3D models, renders, walkthroughs, and presentation visuals for residential and/or commercial interior projects.

nKey Responsibilities

n

n
- Create detailed 3D models and realistic renders for interior spaces based on design concepts, layouts, and drawings.
n
- Develop 3D views for living rooms, bedrooms, kitchens, offices, retail spaces, hospitality projects, and other interiors.
n
- Translate 2D floor plans, elevations, and design concepts into accurate 3D models.
n
- Select and apply appropriate materials, textures, colors, furniture, fixtures, and lighting.
n
- Produce high-quality photorealistic renders for client presentations and design approvals.
n
- Prepare multiple design options and make revisions based on client and design-team feedback.
n
- Coordinate with interior designers, architects, project managers, and execution teams to ensure design accuracy.
n
- Maintain accurate dimensions and ensure that 3D designs are practical and aligned with actual site conditions.
n
- Create mood boards,



material presentations, and visual concepts when required.
n
- Stay updated with current interior design trends, materials, finishes, furniture styles, and visualization techniques.
n
- Ensure timely completion of assigned 3D design and rendering projects.
n

nRequired Skills

n

- Strong knowledge of 3D modeling, rendering, lighting, materials, and texturing.
n
- Proficiency in software such as:

- 3ds Max / SketchUp
n
- V-Ray / Corona Renderer / Enscape / Lumion
n
- AutoCAD
n
- Photoshop
n
- Good understanding of interior design principles, space planning, materials, and furniture.
n
- Ability to create realistic lighting and material finishes.
n
- Strong attention to detail and visual sense.
n
- Ability to understand technical drawings and architectural plans.
n
- Good communication and coordination skills.
n
- Ability to work on multiple projects and meet deadlines.

- Strong creative and problem-solving abilities.

nQualifications

- Diploma/Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, 3D Visualization, or a related field.

- 1–4 years of relevant experience in interior design visualization or 3D rendering.
n
- Candidates with a strong portfolio of interior projects will be preferred.
