NKshetry & Co. is expanding its litigation team and is inviting applications from dedicated Advocates with a passion for litigation.
NExperience: 5+ years (Minimum 5 years of independent court practice)
NEligibility: Must be enrolled with the Bar Council.
NCourts: Calcutta High Court, Bankshall Court, Sealdah Court, Alipore Court, Barasat Court, Barrackpore Court, other nearby district/lower courts
NExperience Required In: Writ Petitions, CRR, CRM, CO, PIL, Police inaction matters, lower coirt petitions drafting, Other Civil and Criminal matters before the Hon'ble Calcutta High Court and other Courts & Tribunals.

- Drafting petitions, applications, affidavits, and legal notices N
- Case preparation and client coordination N
- Conducting arguments before the courts N

- Legal research and casestrategy N
- Briefing senior counselwhere required N
- Conducting hearings andarguments N
