nAbout the Role
nWe're looking for a Business Development Executive to lead client acquisition efforts and help grow our international client base. You'll be responsible for identifying opportunities, reaching out to prospects, and turning them into long-term clients.

nKey Responsibilities
n• Identify and reach out to prospective international clients
n• Research target markets and companies to build a qualified prospect pipeline
n• Manage outreach and follow-ups to convert leads into clients
n

nRequirements
n• 1–2 years of experience in business development or client acquisition
n• Experience in a KPO / outsourcing firm preferred
n• Strong digital outreach and prospecting skills
n

nLocation Requirement
nThis is a full-time, on-site role based in Surat. Candidates must currently reside in Surat.
