Roles and Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain robust, scalable, and high-performance web and backend applications using .NET Core, ASP.NET MVC, C#, and related technologies.
Collaborate with product owners, architects, QA engineers, and other stakeholders to understand business requirements and develop effective technical solutions.
Write clean, maintainable, reusable, and testable code following coding standards and best practices.
Perform code reviews, provide technical guidance, and mentor junior developers.
Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve performance, scalability, and production issues.
Participate in architectural discussions and contribute to design decisions.
Work closely with Agile teams and participate in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, backlog grooming, reviews, and retrospectives.
Support CI/CD processes, deployments, release activities, application monitoring, and incident resolution.
Contribute to continuous improvement by adopting up-to-date development practices, tools, and frameworks.

Skills and Requirements
Minimum 5+ years of skilled experience in .NET application development.
Robust proficiency in C#, .NET Core, ASP.NET MVC, and Web API development.
Hands-on experience with SQL Server, Entity Framework, database design,



and query optimization.
Experience with front-end technologies such as JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and up-to-date frameworks like Angular or React.
Good understanding of microservices architecture and cloud platforms, preferably Microsoft Azure.
Strong knowledge of software design patterns, SOLID principles, object-oriented programming, and software engineering best practices.
Experience with source control systems such as Git and CI/CD pipelines.
Proven ability to take ownership of features and deliver solutions from design through deployment and support.
Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
Experience working in Agile/Scrum development environments.
Hands-on experience with Azure services, Docker, Kubernetes, or containerized application deployment is preferred.
Exposure to DevOps practices, logging frameworks, monitoring tools, and observability solutions is preferred.
Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
