Role Description This on-site internship role is based in Jaipur and focuses on supporting software sales activities for Variable Soft’s products and services.

The Software Sales

Executive intern will assist in identifying and qualifying leads, reaching out to potential clients, and maintaining accurate records in CRM systems.





Responsibilities include preparing and delivering basic sales presentations and demos under guidance, participating in client meetings, and supporting consultative discussions to understand client needs. The intern will collaborate with senior sales team members to follow up on prospects, support proposal preparation, and contribute to achieving sales targets while learning best practices in B2B software sales.

Qualifications
Strong interest and foundational skills in Software Sales and general Sales activities.
Ability to create and deliver transparent Sales Presentations tailored to client needs.
Skills in Lead Generation, including research, outreach, and follow-up.
Understanding of Consultative Selling approaches and client-centric communication.
Effective verbal and written communication skills and professional client-facing demeanor.
Basic understanding of CRM tools and software products; prior exposure to SaaS or IT services is an advantage.
Ability to work in office in Jaipur, manage time effectively, and collaborate within a sales and technical team.
Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
