Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Software Engineer role based in Aligarh.

The Software

Engineer will design, develop, and maintain backend services and APIs that power Autom8AI’s automation platform.

Responsibilities include writing clean, efficient, and testable code, implementing current features, optimizing system performance, and troubleshooting issues across the stack. The role involves collaborating with product managers and other engineers to translate business requirements into technical solutions, participating in code reviews,



and contributing to architectural decisions.

The Software

Engineer will also help improve development workflows, documentation, and overall software quality.

Qualifications
Strong foundation in Computer Science, including data structures, algorithms, and systems fundamentals.
Proficiency in Software Development and Programming, with experience building production-grade applications.
Hands-on experience in Back-End Web Development, including RESTful APIs and integration with databases or external services.
Solid understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) principles and design patterns.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
Familiarity with contemporary development tools, version control (e.g., Git), and collaborative workflows.
Ability to work in office in Aligarh, collaborate effectively in a team environment, and communicate clearly with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Experience with cloud platforms, microservices, or AI/automation systems is a plus.
