Job Title: Solution Engineer

About the Role

We are looking for a Solution Engineer who can work closely with prospective customers to understand their business requirements, demonstrate product capabilities, design technical solutions, and support successful deployments. The ideal candidate should possess a solid blend of technical expertise, customer-facing skills, and problem-solving abilities.

Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with Sales teams during the pre-sales process. - Understand customer business challenges and technical requirements. - Conduct product demonstrations, Proof of Concepts (POCs), and technical presentations. - Design and recommend solutions tailored to customer needs. - Assist customers with API integrations and implementation planning. - Work with Product and Engineering teams to address customer requirements.



- Troubleshoot technical issues during evaluations and deployments. - Create technical documentation, solution architecture diagrams, and implementation guides. - Support onboarding and adoption of the platform. - Gather customer feedback and share insights with Product teams. - Valuable understanding of Python programming language.

Customer-Facing Skills:
Excellent communication and presentation skills. - Ability to explain technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences. - Solid problem-solving and analytical abilities. - Experience managing customer discussions and stakeholder relationships.
