Key Responsibilities
Design and architect scalable AI solutions using DBX Native Agent framework.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and define project scope.
Develop algorithms and models to improve agent functionality and performance.
Conduct rigorous testing and validation of AI models to ensure reliability and accuracy.
Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI technologies and recommend integration strategies.
Mentor and provide guidance to junior team members on AI best practices and methodologies.
Work closely with product management teams to align AI solutions with business objectives. Qualifications:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science,
Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
Proven experience as an AI Architect with a focus on agent-based systems.
Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or C++.
Solid understanding of machine learning algorithms, neural networks, and natural language processing.
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a quick-paced setting.
Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Experience with cloud computing platforms and distributed systems is a plus
