We are looking for a creative and result-oriented Social Media & Content Marketing Specialist to manage our social media presence, create engaging content, and support digital marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute social media strategies across LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and other relevant platforms.
Plan and maintain a monthly content calendar aligned with company goals and campaigns.
Create engaging content including social media posts, captions, carousels, blogs, reels, and short-form content.
Write clear, creative, and SEO-friendly content for social media, website, blogs, and marketing campaigns.
Coordinate with designers and other teams to develop high-quality marketing creatives.
Monitor social media trends, competitor activities, and industry updates to identify recent content opportunities.
Manage day-to-day social media posting, engagement, comments, and audience interactions.




Track and analyze social media performance and prepare regular reports on reach, engagement, followers, leads, and conversions.
Support marketing campaigns, product/service promotions, events, and employer branding initiatives.
Optimize content based on performance insights and audience behavior.
Ensure consistency in the company’s brand voice, messaging, and visual communication.

Required Skills
1–3 years of experience in Social Media Marketing, Content Marketing, or Digital Marketing.
Robust content writing and copywriting skills.
Good understanding of LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and other social platforms.
Basic understanding of SEO and digital marketing.
Ability to create engaging and platform-specific content.
Valuable communication, creativity, and attention to detail.
Familiarity with tools such as Canva, Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, or similar tools will be an advantage.
